🧭 FAST PRINCIPLES (Please Read First)
Before we begin, here are a few pastoral guardrails:
• This is a spiritual fast, not a diet
• Please modify as needed for medical reasons
• The goal is to remove distractions to add devotion
• Everyone participates at their own level — unity over uniformity
• Replace what you remove with prayer, the Word, and worship
🕊 WEEK 3: DEEP CONSECRATION
Days 15–21 | “Aligning for Movement”
Remove:
• All solid food until 6pm
• Unnecessary Social media
• Unnecessary conversations
• Entertainment
Before 6pm: Water, fresh juices, smoothies, broths
After 6pm: Light plant-based meal
Focus: Surrender, alignment, preparation for acceleration
