Men's Health Awareness Month
💙💪🏾 STRONG MEN. STRONG FAITH. STRONGER TOGETHER! 🙏🏾 Brothers, your health matters. Your life matters. YOU matter! As we recognize Men’s Health Awareness Month, M.O.V.E. Men of Unity invites you to take a step toward becoming stronger—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually! The Bible reminds us in 3 John 1:2 of the importance of prospering in both health and spirit. As men, we often carry the weight of responsibilities, family, work, and life's challenges while putting our own well-being on the back burner. But remember, you cannot pour from an empty cup! Taking care of your health isn't a sign of weakness. It's an act of wisdom, strength, and gratitude for the life God has blessed you with. FAITH WITHOUT ACTION IS DEAD! (James 2:17) So let's put our faith into action! Join us for a morning of movement, brotherhood, encouragement, and fellowship as we strengthen our bodies, uplift our spirits, and motivate one another to live healthier lives. 📅 Saturday, November 14, 2026 ⏰ 9:00 AM 📍 Salud Park | Paramount, CA 💙 Come as you are. Bring a brother. Invite a friend. You don't have to be in perfect shape to get started. You just have to be willing to take that first step! Because strong men don't just build muscles—they build faith, families, friendships, and legacies. 🙏🏾 Let's M.O.V.E. with purpose, walk by faith, and grow stronger together!
