When you find yourself in a season of waiting and your situation goes from bad to worse, it is easy to assume God has forgotten you. But the severity of your crisis does not dictate the speed of the Savior. This message challenges us to look at the story of Jairus and learn how to trust Jesus completely, even when the plan makes absolutely no sense.

Withers, Jr. In “This Church Has a Leak,” Bishop Withers teaches from Ezekiel 47:1–12 that when God’s presence fills His church, it should overflow beyond the sanctuary and bring healing, restoration, and new life to the world. Just as the river flowing from the temple transformed even the Dead Sea, the church is called to be a living stream that reaches hurting people and brings hope wherever it flows. This Week's Message "Better is Waiting" "Better is Waiting" is a transformational look at Job 42 that reveals the internal shift required before you can step into God's double portion. To reach your restoration, you have to surrender your demand for an explanation, trust God's absolute sovereignty, and humble your heart. The absolute turning point of the message hinges on forgiveness, proving that you cannot get to better as long as you stay bitter. When you make the hard decision to pray for the very people who misunderstood and accused you, you ensure that your history does not abort your destiny. Our Back-to-School Outreach was an incredible opportunity to serve our community, and we are grateful to God for allowing us to bless over 100 children with school supplies as they prepare for a new school year. 🎒❤️ Thank you to everyone who donated supplies, volunteered, served, and helped make this outreach possible. Your generosity helped turn school supplies into an expression of God's love. But the blessing didn't stop with the backpacks. 🙏 A Special Prayer for the School Year Bishop Withers prayed a special prayer over the children, students, adults returning to school, and their parents as they enter a new school year. We believe God is going before every student, teacher, administrator, parent, and family represented in our church and community. As a new school year begins, we're praying for: Wisdom. Protection. Confidence. Favor. Peace. Success. Join us as we continue growing in God's Word and learning how to stand firmly on biblical truth in a world that is constantly changing. ✨ The Month of New Continues August is giving us new opportunities to: Grow. Connect. Serve. Give. From blessing students in our community to building stronger relationships through fellowship, there are so many ways to be part of what God is doing. Let's continue to move together, grow together, and make an impact together. This Week's Message "Turn Me Over!" Bishop Johnny R. Withers, Jr. There is a danger in living a half-baked life. In Hosea 7:8, God describes Ephraim as a "cake not turned"—burnt on one side and raw on the other. How does that happen? It is the result of an unattended oven. When we let our ambitions, flesh, and drives burn without discipline, we end up mixed with the world and spiritually out of balance. Unsupervised heat doesn’t cook; it consumes. But there is incredible hope tucked inside this text. God didn't call Ephraim unturned dough; He called him a cake. Even in our deep imperfection, God sees us as a finished work. He didn't start you to finish you; He finished you, then He started you. And He refuses to throw you away. If you know you need God to bring discipline and balance back to your life, watch this powerful message and learn to pray: Lord, turn me over! Watch last week’s sermon 👇 A Prayer for Supervised Heat Father, thank You for Your faithfulness. Thank You for being a covenant God. I confess that there are days I act like dough, but You still call me cake. You see the finished work in me even when my life feels completely out of balance. Lord, forgive me for living with unsupervised heat. Forgive me for letting my ambitions, my passions, and my flesh burn out of control. I admit that I have mixed myself with the world. I have engaged in things that made me lose my spiritual distinction. Because of my lack of discipline, I have looked like a cake not turned—burnt out and exhausted on one side, and completely raw on the other. But I am so grateful that You didn't throw me away. You knew how I would fail, when I would fail, and why I would fail, and You stayed committed to Your word concerning my life anyway. Today, I surrender my independence to You. Lord, turn me over. Discipline my flesh. Tame my drives. Make me even all the way through so that Your will can be perfected in my life. I trust the truth that You didn't start me to finish me; You finished me, then You started me. I have all the ingredients I need because You placed them inside of me. Keep me in Your kitchen. Don't abandon the work of Your hands. I pray this resting on Jesus, the true Bread of Life. In Jesus' name, Amen. Giving Your generosity makes our work in this city possible.
